Our menu is created to reflect the rich heritage of the country’s culinary traditions. From an ancient recipe of a Hanoi’s family to the more embellished and sensuous cuisine of the Imperial capital Hue. And in memories of Indochina, there are dishes that blending Southeast Asia flavor and herbs with the touch of sophisticate French influence. You will also find dishes that are street-foods that sold by food hawkers on many street corners around Saigon. In order to make it right and to remain genuine, we insist to bring in many ingredients from Vietnam, such as the broken rice from the Mekong Delta and fish sauce from the island of Phu Quoc. Our coffee bean is flown in from the highland of Peliku and lotus tea from Dalat. Our goals are to bring our customers a memorable dinning experience and to pride ourselves by serving you the cuisine of Vietnam with its refreshing flavors, varied texture and vibrant colors.
